Innocube-Repair Terms of service

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)

1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the terms and procedures of use of all services provided by the Innocube-Repair site (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the user and the Innocube-Repair site, and other necessary matters.



Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

1. The Innocube-Repair site will have priority over the provision of services on the Innocube-Repair site and the use of your services if you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Innocube-Repair site may change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the changed terms and conditions shall be announced within the Innocube-Repair site or to members through e-mail, and they shall take effect upon the announcement.

If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the user may cancel his/her membership registration (removal of membership), and if he/she continues to use it, it is considered an agreement to change the terms and conditions.



Article 3 (Criteria other than the terms and conditions)

1. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Ethics Committee's deliberation regulations, the Information and Communication Ethics Code, the Program Protection Act, and other relevant laws.



Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.

1. User: A person who receives services provided by the Innocube-Repair site in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription: Fill in the application form provided by the Innocube-Repair site and complete the service use contract by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

3. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information on the Innocube-Repair site and who can use the service provided by the Innocube-Repair site.

4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user himself to check whether the user and the member ID match and to protect his/her own secret on the communication.

5. Withdrawal: The act of terminating the use contract by a member.



Chapter 2 Provision and Use of Services
Article 5 (Establishment of a Use Contract)

1. The user contract is established by recording the requirements required by the applicant in the prescribed subscription application form provided online on the Innocube-Repair site and completing the subscription.

2. The Innocube-Repair site may cancel the subscription for any of the following subparagraphs.

① When an application is made using the name of another person

② When the details of the application for the use contract are falsely stated or applied

③ When he/she interferes with other people's use of the Innocube-Repair site service or steals the information, etc.

④ In the case of using the Innocube-Repair site to perform acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions

⑤ When other requirements for application for use prescribed by the Innocube-Repair site are insufficient



Article 6 (Consent to the use of member information)

1. Members' personal information is protected by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Public Institutions.

2. Membership information on the Innocube-Repair site is used, managed, and protected as follows.

① Use of personal information: The Innocube-Repair site does not divulge or distribute the personal information of the members collected in connection with the provision of the service to third parties without their consent.

Provided, That if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of the Act, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, there is an investigative purpose for the crime, or

This is not the case at the request of the Information and Communications Ethics Committee or at the request of other relevant laws and regulations, if you disclose the personal information provided on the Innocube-Repair site by yourself.

② Personal Information Management: You may modify/delete your personal information from time to time in the personal information management of the service for the protection and management of personal information.

③ Protection of Personal Information: Your personal information can only be viewed/modified/deleted by you, which is entirely managed by your ID and password.

Therefore, you should not let others know your ID and password, and make sure to log out when you are done.

3. If a member applies for use in accordance with these terms and conditions, it is considered that the Innocube-Repair site agrees to collect and use the member information listed in the application.



Article 7 (Security of Users' Information)

1. From the moment the applicant completes the Innocube-Repair site subscription process, you are responsible for keeping the information entered confidential and you are responsible for any consequences using your ID and password.

2. The member is responsible for all management of the ID and password, and if you find that the member's ID or password has been used illegally, you should report it to the Innocube-Repair site immediately. The member himself is responsible for not reporting. The Innocube-Repair site is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from non-termination, such as access to information about you by a third party.



Article 8 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Innocube-Repair site may arbitrarily restrict or stop the use of the service if the user violates the contents of these terms and conditions.



Article 9 (Change and Termination of Services)

1. The Innocube-Repair site shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the profit or loss expected by you using the service or the data obtained through the service, and shall not be responsible for the information, data, reliability, accuracy, etc. posted by the member in this service. We are not liable for damages caused by.



Article 10 (Copyright of Posts)

1. You have the right to the content of the posts you post.

2. The Innocube-Repair site reserves the right to edit and move published content without prior notice, and can be deleted without prior notice in accordance with the bulletin board operation principles.

3. You are solely responsible for civil and criminal responsibilities arising from your posting infringing on the copyright of others.



Chapter 3 Obligations and Responsibilities
Article 11 (Duty of Innocube-Repair Site)

1. The Innocube-Repair site does not divulge or distribute members' personal information to others without their consent. However, this is not the case when there is a request from related state agencies, etc. under related laws such as telecommunications-related laws and regulations.



Article 12 (Duty of Members)

1. The information required for membership registration must be accurately filled out. In addition, information about you already provided should be maintained and updated to be accurate, and members should not allow third parties to use their IDs and passwords.

2. Members may not engage in any commercial activities using the service without prior consent from the Innocube-Repair site.



Chapter 4 OTHERS
Article 13 (Prohibition of Transfer)

1. A member may not transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to another person.



Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)

1. The Innocube-Repair site shall not be liable for any damages to its members in connection with the free service, except for criminal acts committed on purpose by the Innocube-Repair site.



Article 15 (Exemption Clause)

1. The Innocube-Repair site does not approve, oppose, or modify opinions expressed by members or third parties. The Innocube-Repair site is not responsible for any gain or damage suffered by the Member in any case from relying on the information contained in the Service. We shall not bear any responsibility in relation to financial transactions, etc., and shall not bear any responsibility for the benefits expected by the member in relation to the use of the service.



Article 16 (Judicial jurisdiction)

1. The law of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes concerning the use of services between the Innocube-Repair site and users, and lawsuits arising from this dispute shall be filed with the courts of the Republic of Korea.
